Hair Twirling

Ever heard of "hair twirling." This is Seth's newest development. Whenever he is tired, upset or in need of comfort he subconsciously raises his hand to his head and rubs his hair between his index finder and thumb. Sometimes he will even rub his whole head. It is pretty funny to watch him get sleepy then lay down and start feeling his hair. I have tried to pull his hand down and he will slowly raise it back up. No matter how many times I pull it away, it goes right back up. I fear that he may start getting patchy, due to pulling out hair. To prevent this, I have started putting him to bed with a furry (or should I say woolly) plush lamb hoping that this texture would be as appealing as his hair. From what I can see, he loves the feel of his toy and sleeps with it on his chest, hugging it. Pretty cute huh?
