What to do on a wet day?
It's kind of sad that the first two days of rain we received left Seth and I stir crazy. That's how you know you take the sun for granted. What to do...no park, back yard, beach, walks. A quick fix was found in a trip to Toys R Us/Babies R Us. I had to go pick up some things there and found out that our trip was more than just an errand. Just going to play with all the toys was so worth the trip and filled our afternoon with fun. Brittany and Paige went with us. Paige and Seth had a blast playing with all the trikes and especially the powerwheels. They climbed in an out and we pushed them all over the place. They also loved playing with the balls out of the ball bin! Moral of the post: when at a loss for things to do on a raining day...go to Toys R Us and play with their toys.

That's so funny that you did that because I didn't know what to do with Lanaea either and that's what we ended up doing.
That is a good idea. Think I'll have to try that with Taya this summer - except instead of a rainy day, it will be one of our hot (117 degree) days. Those days need alternate plans too!
